Family Transitions
If your pregnancy or your circumstances are unusual, you may have a more difficult time finding support, validation, acknowledgment or plain information.
I am skilled at finding information that is not readily available, that requires thorough searching and discernment, or that requires extra cooperation with other caregivers. My own background in, and experiences with extraordinary circumstances and my professional training enable me to offer coaching wherever you live.
Examples could be, but are certainly not limited to: being new to a country and their maternity health care system, not having a support network due to expatriation or spousal absence, surrogate pregnancy, induced lactation for the adoptive mother, pregnancy after age 40, IUI, IVF, trauma support, pregnancy after a miscarriage or stillbirth, anxiety regarding pregnancy, labour, delivery or parenting, etc.
